“While I may be a newer counselor, I come from a world of real-life experience that brings genuine connection, empathy, and realness to my sessions. I've been the client and can say, life gets hard. Life has pain. Life gets too real. And sometimes, life is a lot to bear by ourselves. I get it and I am here for you. This is why I became a therapist- life is a lot to handle, and boy, does therapy sure make it easier! My education and training have given me the knowledge to be a therapist, while my "people skills" create a space of warmth, understanding, and realness. Therapy with me entails learning how to see just how incredible you are while exploring your fears, struggles, pains, hopes, and dreams. Along the way, we'll build tools and skills for you to use as you discover your inner power and ability to heal, grow, and enjoy life more deeply. Therapy is hard work but also amazingly rewarding, and I would be honored to be a guide and fellow traveler on your journey to feeling more whole, healthy, and happy. So what will we do in therapy? Great question. It looks a little different for everyone, however, we will work together to include interventions and techniques that speak to you, based on your goals and needs.
