“My passion for working with children and understanding the mind began early, starting with volunteer work as a high school freshman. That spark led me to UCSD, where I earned a B.S. in Cognitive Science with a Neuroscience focus, graduating with honors as a McNair Research Scholar. After college, I worked as an ABA therapist and later as a Research Associate at the Yale Child Study Center, deepening my experience with developmental disabilities. I earned my M.D. from New York Medical College, completed adult psychiatry residency at Mount Sinai Morningside and West in NYC, and served as Chief Fellow during my child psychiatry fellowship at LAC+USC, where I led clinical initiatives and academic presentations. Now double board-certified and licensed in California, I provide evidence-based, holistic care at Mind Study Center.
