Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the TherapistPoint Contest held by U Solutions LLC (A Wyoming LLC). By entering the Contest, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not participate in the Contest.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Contest is open to individuals internationally that are 18 years or older at the time of entry. If you are under 18, you may have your parent or legal guardian enter on your behalf.

2.2. Employees, affiliates, or agents of TherapistPoint, its subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Contest Period

3.1. The Contest begins and ends on dates stated on website.

4. How to Enter

4.1. To enter the Contest, participants must enter their full name and email address. No Purchase necessary (there is no cost or membership associated with entries).

4.2. Each participant may submit 1 entry only.

5. Entry Requirements

5.1. All entries must be people that are going to use the funds towards a therapist, psychiatrist, treatment center, or is willing to sharing your story that we can publish on our website. If you choose to go with sharing your story, you will be asked a several questions which can be responded via email or voice recording, as well as show proof that you were treated at a therapist, psychiatrist, or treatment center. No matter what option, you will need to show proper identification that matches the name of the entry.

5.2. By submitting an entry, you grant TherapistPoint a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish the entry for promotional purposes. However, we will not publish your full name without consent. If you do not wish to show your full name, for privacy reasons, we will only display your initials, location, and the therapist, psychiatrist, or treatment center that you redeemed your prize.

6. Selection of Winner(s)

6.1. Winner(s) will be randomly selected.

6.2. Since we don’t know how many entries there will be, we do not know what the odds are of winning.

7. Prizes

7.1. The prizes for the Contest are listed on the contest page which will change for each new contest.

7.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

7.3. The prize amount will go directly to your therapist, psychiatrist, or treatment center of your choosing, or if you are sharing your story, payment will go directly to winner.

7.4. If the price is $600 or above, we will need to report a 1099-misc to the business of your choosing since the prize are going directly to them on your behalf.

8. Winner Notification

8.1. Winner(s) will be notified by email at the end of the Contest Period.

8.2. If a winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

9. Publicity

9.1. By participating in the Contest, you consent to the use of your initials, location, and the therapist, psychiatrist, or treatment center that you redeemed your prize for promotional purposes by TherapistPoint without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

10.1. TherapistPoint reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

10.2. TherapistPoint is not responsible for any technical issues, lost or late entries, or any other problems that may affect the submission.

10.3. TherapistPoint reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control impact the fairness or integrity of the Contest.

11. Liability

11.1. TherapistPoint is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

12. Privacy

12.1. Personal information collected from participants will be used in accordance with TherapistPoint’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://therapistpoint.com/privacy-policy

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Any disputes arising from the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wyoming.
